This carbon fiber insole was recommended to me post-op by my orthopedic surgeon after I had my big toe fused last year. I was to wear it in my running shoe at all times for 6 months post-op to give the fused joint more stability while it was healing. It was fairly easy to initially get into my shoe, however I wear a wide toe box shoe. A year and a half later I'm still wearing the orthotic in my shoe and it still feels great in there and is still holding up well. It really helps with pain and I have no doubt helped with my recovery.

I’ve recently gotten back into playing basketball after several on your hiatus, and I needed orthotics to help with my first step. After breaking in these insoles over the past day or two I have to say that I am beyond thrilled. I have a pretty serious Achilles complication that causes pretty substantial dull pain throughout the day. However, the energy return has completely eliminated that pain throughout my gait. I’m excited to break these in fully and utilize these on the basketball court and other sports that I participate in.

I purchased UBARONY insoles as a gift to my son, a competitive runner. He has used them in training and workouts and tells me that the “rebound” he gets from them is noticeable. He could feel the difference! He has been racing well this fall, so who knows, maybe it is the inserts! The fit was perfect, and they look fantastic and are comfortable. The only negative I can think of is the price, but when you consider that these will outlast many pairs of shoes and can be moved from trainers to racing flats, the “lifetime cost” is quite affordable.These are worth a try if you are looking for a bit of pop in your performance.
